Welcome to Plotport (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following User Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform.

Plotport does not own, control, or verify the properties listed on the Platform.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including property details, images, and contact information.
5. Property Listings
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- Plotport does not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or availability of any property.
- We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing without prior notice.
6. Payments and Charges
- Certain services on Plotport may be paid services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Plotport reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
7. No Brokerage or Agency
Plotport acts as a technology platform only and does not:
- Act as a broker, agent, or intermediary
- Participate in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Guarantee property transactions
All dealings are strictly between users.
8. Verification Disclaimer
Plotport may provide optional verification badges or checks. However:
- Verification does not guarantee authenticity
- Users must independently verify property details and ownership
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform (excluding user content) is owned by Plotport.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
By uploading content, you grant Plotport a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Upload harmful, abusive, or offensive content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
11. Limitation of Liability
Plotport shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Platform
- Disputes between users
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in listings
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plotport, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Violation of this Agreement
- Any disputes with other users
13. Termination

- Remove listings or content
- Restrict access to services
This may be done without prior notice if you violate this Agreement.
14. Privacy
Your use of Plotport is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts.
16. Changes to Agreement
Plotport reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
